All right my first contest here on storywrite is going to be a simple one. So simple in fact, I expect you to reserve a spot if your interested in case you don't get in on the first ten!
So ten entries will be competing and the only thing you have to do... is write a story about a flight attendant.
I don't care what your category is (erotica is allowed but sex in the airplane bathroom really isn't that impressive...).
Rules:
So, the setting is yours (doesn't have to be an airplane or even an airport), the character is yours (except it has to be a flight attendant) and the category is yours.
Word limit = none.
Please keep the grammar and spelling at least decent.
No sticky caps or chat lingo.
1 entry per person
Judging:
I will comment on each story as I read them and this will be a comment focused contest. If you wish to be critiqued exceptionally hard then let me know, if you want it taken easy then let me know (but no promises).
Judging will be based on several aspects: quality of writing, descriptions, creativity, imagination.
Anything that breaks my limited rules is immediately removed from contest.
Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on December 12, 2007
- Rewards: Gold: 125, Silver: 15, Honorable mention: 2 people
- Final notes: I appreciated all the entries though I had hoped that everyone would take a bit more creative look at the idea presented. The Sound of Evil won simply because she did not focus on the flight attendant, but more used it as inspiration to a totally different story concerning a person with special abilities.
This is more the direction I had been hoping for. I do want to thank all those who submitted. The finalist list went as follows: The Sound of Evil, Stewardess The Flight Attendant, Marcie, Future Flight Attendant.
