When I opened the door, today, it was to a true-blue day. I was living a new life. All things were great. It was my mind that couldn't keep up. It woke up to the "old" life, the life it had grown comfortable with fo• Commented on by judge. [remove]

This Contest is comment directed.
So make an extra effort to place comments on Entries. You get points when your comment is rated by the Stars system. You can earn up to five points for a comment. Comments are how we get rich here. Smile. The comment I think has to be over 100 letters or characters to be allowed any points.
Commenting is the first thing. Getting a rating is the second thing. So when a person gives you a comment please be sure to rate it to give them points. Thanks.
I must now rate and review my Contest. Which I think will be the best one yet. 20 contestants will be allowed to enter before the Contest closes. Perhaps in a short time Storywrite will have 20 billionaires running around here.
The characters in these stories will be the greatest.
Sitting here now with my accountant...waiting for the first Entry to come in. *snort*
Scott Chason, I know you are out there and I am wondering what ya gonna do with ya 3.9 billion? Wink. I assume you will spend millions producing your books into a major motion picture. Smile.
Meakula, you better spend some of it to come to America to visit me. And bring Alex with ya.
Ex-Hick, I assume you will spend at least 100 bucks to get you a muzzle for that mouth ya been running? *re-snort*
Okay, people, let's get to spending some money and getting the Entries in here.beginning: 5, language: 5, plot: 5, overall: 10, ending: 5, characters: 5.

Love the idea behind this contest
Seems simple enough - but takes some thinking as to the numbers and how to used them in the story. Very unusual, novel and interesting as well. Certainly a challenge. Also gets me back on this site, which I often forget about. Appreciate the invite. Is there a limit or a minimum as to number of words allowed? Thanks for hosting. Already have some numbers in mind. Once I know the limits - I'm on my way...beginning: 5, language: 5, plot: 5, ending: 5, characters: 5.

No word limit.
Write a piece as long as you want. Or as short as you desire. -
Contest Cheat Sheet. Wink.
I pick the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Example: I bought a house at 123 Dupont Circle. I purchased 4 antique cars, 5 boats, and 6 major corporations.
I am sure the house was not a shack but a mansion. Describe the mansion. Number of rooms and furnishings, etc. I am sure that the boats were not a canoe and a two-seater trout fishing one. ha. And let me know what ya corporations were all about.
Do ya get my drift, Vern?
I have gotten some feedback stating that one user had math anxiety. We are word-smiths and I know that we are more comfortable with words than we are with numbers. I am beginning to think that writers and authors may not have enough sense to spend 3.9 billion dollars.
Please, someone quick prove me wrong!!! -
Haha, what a great idea for a contest. However, my strength has never been exposition (plus I have no idea how I would spend all that money). I will check back though and read the entries you get.

Mmm...cool idea for a contest. I don't think I'll enter though, just because my story would probably be so boring that it might actually kill some people. And I'm to young to go to prison.
Oh well. I'd probably act like the treehugger I am and sav the whales. and the ranforest.
then buy johnny depp.
simple enough, eh? -
'all you will be getting actually is $3,900,000,000.00'

Nice idea for a contest.....very original and interesting. Hope you get a lot of sane/wild spending out of this.
