My Contest, My Rules

Okay, here's the deal, you write stories, I read them, I then choose which 5 I think deserve to place, I then assign them a rank based purely upon my opinion. Sounds like fun, huh? You can enter pretty much anything but here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. I like thoughtful stories, stuff that keeps me on the edge of my seat.
2. I am a Science Fiction fan, just keep it believable.
3. I like action.
4. I don't give a flying fuck if you swear, just keep it believable.
5. I hate teen drama, I suggest you refrain from entering it.
6. I bore easily, if its long it better be good, if its not good I will not finish it.
7. I like grammar, don't write something without making sure you're using proper English.
8. Regarding romances... I wouldn't enter them if I were you.
9. I do not wish to be reading erotica, please do not enter it, I will boot your ass.
10. Type normal, no ALL CAPS, or TyPInG LIkE tHiS.
11. Anything else that occures to me.

UPDATE 10/28/07:
I'm sorry that I haven't been around to read almost any of the stories entered, I have been experiencing technical difficulties for the past week. They may not be resolved yet, that has yet to be seen. So I would like everyone to hang in there, I haven't abandoned you, thanks for your patience.

Sorry it took so long, alot of the longer stories weren't gripping enough for my tastes, so i didn't get past the first few paragraphs, so sorry about that.
