Okay,
This is meh new contest and as you can see, I didn't allow prewritten stories. I don't want a bunch of people just randomly entering a story, hoping they can score some points. I want some fresh stories, filled up with imagination and creativity. Understand?
Good.
Some genres I like are: mystery, romance, fantasy, historical fiction, and realistic fiction. Some I don't like are sci-fi and war stories and blood and gore and such.
Try and work within those genres; and if you combine two or more of them: awesome. Try not to make the story too cliche or too regular (ordinary; appears a lot). Maybe add a twist or two. 
Make it interesting.
Rules: (you know you have to have them 
)
1. No erotica.
2. Don't label it adult.
3: Don't constantly swear. (I seriously don't mind if it has a couple swears at appropriate times, but don't overload it with cussing)
4: Word count. Max - 2000. Min - 300.
5: Check your SPaG. I'm a bit of a grammar nazi.
6: nO sTicKY kEyS!!
7: no txt tlk
8: Follow the guidelines: I don't want to find some 18,000 worded horror story here, mm-kay?
