Here at Storywrite, there’s a large variety in the content and style of writing, from starry-eyed teen romance to hardcore erotica…but can you write the middle ground? Every contest seems to ask for erotica or specifically disallow it, so I decided to try something new – I want erotica, and no explicitness whatsoever.

Anyone can write porn, but the real trick is to capture the beauty of physical joining without being crude. In this contest, I would like a scene that depicts foreplay, lovemaking, or “fooling around” in a sensitive and descriptive way. This means you don’t directly deal with body parts, or use tactful language if you must deal with what is happening. (The first time I see the word “fuck” or “cock”, you’re done.)
Your prompt is your rules – be sensitive, be descriptive, and be fantastic.
Brownie points if you can be kinky without being crude.
If you can pull off cursing, go for it, but I’m not sure how it’d work.
Any combination of people is fine – I’m a big girl, I can deal.

All I have is a prewrite, which takes all the fun out of having contests, but I thought that you might enjoy reading it anyway. If I have the time I will try to write a story just for this contest. -
ooh, this is a toughie, but I'm up for a challenge, I've got a few ideas floating around in my head and I think they'll work. I love how you're reading between the lines, not sappy teen romance, not hard core porn. Its hard to believe there is a middle ground, but I believe I have found it in my head, now all that is left is to let it pour onto the screen.
