Overcoming Obstacles

This is like my first contest ever! so i want everyone to participate! Hooray!
Ok lets come back to the topic!
I want stories that are dipressing BUT it shouldn't have a tragic end... but have a nice ending... not a happy, sissy ending but a nice ending that will bought a smile on my face when i am reading it, It should be of overcoming an obstacle. Eg, overcoming a breakup, a death, a disaster, a fear etc. If the story isnt like that, then i am sorry, i am going to DQ you! (MUHAHAHAHAHAHA! sorry, need help with the evil laugh)

ok if you dont want to write on that topic above, i want you to write a story about the picture ABOVE! BOO YA!

Fanfictions are strickly allowed BUT only of Naruto... other genre of fanfics will get DQ!!!! (Muhahahaha... *cough* sorry about that again) but if you wanna write a fanfic about Naruto... THEN, lets move to the top again... it should be about OVERCOMING OBSTACLES! LALALA... am i evil or what?

Now lets move to the MOST evil part of the contest... the RULES! Muhahahaha (do i have to mention this again?)

    good luck with your first contest.... My story probably may get DQd because it kind of ends sad and i can't imagine anyone smiling, anyway, I'm gonna try. Even if it doesn' fit the criteria, i hope you enjoy reading it! "Life never ends after a full stop"

    Good luck w/ your first contest, I know mine was a complete disaster. I had something good for this but it's a fanfic and not of Naruto, but I'll see if I can make something....

    Okay, so I definitely had to enter this, and I found a story that I think just fits. I know you asked for it to not have a tragic ending (which it doesn't, but that's debatable) but you also suggested writing about overcoming death and that's exactly what my character does. I hope it's okay. If it's not, then it's yours to disqualify.
