    The first StoryWrite Oscars have finally come to an end. It has been a fruitful effort, not only by me, but also by the countless people who nominated their favorite authors. You must thank them all.

    I would like to thank the judges, and would like it if you paid your respective thanks to them too.

    The Oscars have been a journey for all of us, a most pleasurable one for me indeed, as it accounted for not only making up my dream of hosting awards, but also of giving.

    All of you have been nominated from more then thousands of writers that use this site. So, you must be proud and feel honored. No matter what the decisions, you are great writers and thus deserve all recognition.

    Thanks for participating and accepting your nominations, thus bringing us joy in the completion and the success of these Awards.

    Understand that this is the first time the Oscars have ever taken place, and till next time, we believe all rough spots shall be smoothed over. The Oscars have had an enormous growth and have become quite famous.

    Partiality is not an option and is unacceptable in the Oscars, I have taken all measures to make the contests as fair as can be possible without tying blindfolds on the judges.

    These stories were so awesome...I couldn't even choose. And the only reason I put Mort of Magic last was because it wasn't really in the 'humor' category. It was something more serious and beautiful like a butterfly o__o
