Okay, this is my second contest...and I have a strange craving for love stories. Let me make one thing clear right now, I DO NOT and CAN NOT read erotic stories with much adult content. I am too young to be reading that. So do not enter them. I repeat: do not enter them. Rules first, lol.
~Rules~
1. I won't limit you to a certain word count. I just don't want them to be this long story that will take me forever to read. Judge how much you decide to write.
2. Please do not use too many curse words. If it is necessary...so be it. Otherwise, please, no.
3. All caps will not get you DQed but I'd rather not read it. It will still have fair chance, I promise.
4. Sticky caps are incredibly hard to read. I am not going to DQ you, but if I can't read it...eeek.
5. Tell me your favorite band and book in the authors note so I know you read this.
6. No prewrites.
Now for the options...
You can pick one of these or message me with another request and get special permission.
1. A story about forbidden love. Example: A princess who falls in love with one of her fathers enemies and is forbidden to be with him. They meet in secret. The meetings cause problems...like that. You could take that idea, if you wish.
2. A story of love between two young people. They think they found true love and find out it is harder than it seemed.
3. A story of two fighting lovers. One could have cheated (or what not). You decide if they get back together. Explain good reasons, if so.
4. A poem about love. Any poem.
5. A story about love gone bad. Perhaps one is a killer. Do what you wish with this. Maybe one of the lovers wants out and the other doesn't without someone suffering. You know.
6. A story about love between two immortals. Vampires, werewolves, lycanthropes, angels, anything. Maybe one can be dying or being sent away on some duty which will seperate them. Use your imagination.
7. A story about love that helps a depressed child, teenager, adult. Or someone with a different condition. Perhaps physically challenged. Which ever.
8. A twisted relationship. Perhaps between two rather insane people. Two killers, two "insane," people. You pick.
9. A love story taking place way back in the day. You decide what happens....
10. A story about a love triangle. You know what I mean. He loves her but she loves him, he loves him but he loves her. I think that's it. Maybe.
That'll be all. I hope you enter...those that read this. I would love to read your stories. Have fun!

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on August 16, 2007
- Rewards: Gold: 500, Silver: 300, Bronze: 200
- Final notes: This was harder to judge than the other contest I judged because there were so many stories and poems that I loved! Anyways, you all did a very good job on writing. I was very proud to be commenting on your pieces. Okay so...
Gold: Your Fatal Kiss...I recommend this to anyone who is trying to describe love. It is a well-written, no better than well, poem!
Silver: A Bitter-Sweet Poison...This is a taste of reality for lovers. Good job!
Bronze: Vampire Love...This is more of a fantasy love poem but is very interesting to read. The thirst for blood over-ruling the love in which two people share.
Good job, again, to all of you who have entered my contest!!

I should have known something as going on the minute I walked in the door. The house was actually clean, I could smell dinner cooking in the kitchen and, the table was set in the dining room with candles in the centre. "Hel• Commented on by judge.

I think I'm going to enjoy READING the stories here more than writing a story for it!

Great contest!
Also, you said no prewrites allowed but it shows that that you're allowed to... -
Hi, can I add a poem? Or do you just want stories at the moment? If I can, what kind of poems would you be more inclined to like?
