Okay all you series/novel writers...here's what I want. I want you to go through your series/novels and pick out your BEST chapter, (only one) and enter it.
It doesn't have to be the first chapter...it can even be the last, I don't care. I just want it to be the chapter you think is the best writing since wonderbread.
I'm looking for a new series to follow and I thought what a better way to find one than by hosting a little contest. (Aren't I one smart cookie?

And now...for the rules and such:
1. Spell check, spell check, spell check then when your finished with that grammar check, grammar check, grammar check. This is the best of the best...your babies. Clean them up and present them well!
2. NoNe Of ThIs CrAp. If you feel the need to do that for an entire series...you got issues.
3. I don't care what genre your story is. Do I have certain genre's I prefer? Yes, but good writing is good writing. Make me want more people!
4. Word limits: at least 500 words and no more then 3500 words. If you got a chapter that's longer than 3500 words you might want to split it up.
5. I will be doing serious critiquing here. If you can't stand the heat...get out of the kitchen. (In other words, if your going to cry because I pointed out a comma you missed...please don't enter.)
6. Erotica is fine...gay/bi/lesbian is fine...bashing smurfs is fine...you get the point.
7. I'm only allowing ONE entry per person...so yes you have to pick only one. (There can be only one! *goes to watch Highlander*)

Contest is Over

- Final notes: I want to thank everyone who entered the contest. There were some really great stories in here...so much so, it was really hard to judge.
Due to personal stuffs (gotta love personal stuff eh?) I wasn't able to comment on everyone's story. I didn't want ya'll having to wait ages for me to judge the contest though. I have read all the stories...no worries about that, and the ones who have yet to recieve a comment from me will as soon as I am able to. I'm sorry about that...sometimes life can really be a pain.
Since I had to go wacko on the comments, I have given everyone who didn't place in 1st, 2nd or 3rd an HM trophey. Enjoy!

Ya sorry about that. It was suppose to let me give you a reason when I removed the story but for some reason it didn't. The reason I had to remove it was because it was well over the word limit which is 3500 words. If you have another chapter that fits in with the word limit I'd loved to read it. Thanks again!
