As you all know, (or I hope you know) Halloween is this coming Saturday. Though, my best friend and I are 15 years old we WILL be dressing up. I don't care if I'm "too old"! We will be trick-or-treating until we are old ladies in a nursing home! We'll make the nurses wheel us around and we'll go as batman and robin! Ok, getting a little off subject there...
Anyways, we need costume ideas. My best friend and I are going trick-or-treating together (again) and we are going to go kind of matching. Not,like, twin matching. For example: I be Alice and she'll be the Madhatter. See what I mean. Batman and Robin. Get it? I need some ideas like that. Mario and Luigi, yah know?
There are some rules, however.
I like to call them boundaries. Just don't cross them!
1. Nothing sexual. I go to the store and see a "Lock and Key" costume for a girl and a guy. Get it? If you don't, think harder. Not too hard, don't hurt yourself now.
2. No hoochie mama costumes! I am not going around looking like I work at Hooters! I live in a place where it is cold during the fall so I am not going outside half naked.
3. Rule 3 got eaten. Sorry, I was hungry.
4. Nothing too scary. I'm going trick-or-treating with my little cousins and I don't want to scare them away more than I usually do.
5. Inexpensive. I am a very cheap person. If I could, I would buy EVERYTHING from the dollar store. But the dollar store doesn't have a lot :/ so I'll have to settle for Walmart.
6. They MUST be fun! I don't wanna go as Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus. I would rather go as obese Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus. Something creative like that, you know?
These costumes can be homemade or bought from the store. My budget is around... 20 dollars. But if it's a little more... we'll see. Any questions or need more information then just message me.
I would really appreciate your help! If I get some good ideas then I will up the points. It's already 300 for gold, 200 for silver, and 100 for bronze. Is that a lot? I dunno. I don't care, I got a lot of points. Personally, I like the trophies better than the points, anyways. So, yes, I am prepared to raise them points high! Make me proud, darlings!
I love you. Is that a little too far...
Naw.
Have fun, peeps!

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on November 2
- Rewards: Gold: 400, Silver: 300, Bronze: 200
- Final notes: This was a pretty amazing contest. Personally, this was extremly hard to judge 'cause all of you had REALLY good ideas and I loved all of them! I upped the points (100 more for each) because I felt really bad. I couldn't get a costume together in time for Halloween so I just threw together random clothes and transformed into my Grandpa. My friend went as an Indian (she also didn't have time to buy stuff so she just threw one together.) I'm sorry I didn't use any of your ideas! But I DEFINATELY will next year. Halloween was still fun, we still got lots of candy ^.^! Hope you guys had fun too! Thanks for entering and congrats to the winners!

Be a total psycho this year for Halloween. Use hairspray to make your hair messy, tangled, and wild (nothing a shower won't fix). If you want to, dress yourself in a gown similar to one you would find on a mental hospital patby CheshireCat 200 words, 3 comments, on Sep 18 7:48 PM• Commented on by judge. Prewrite

I'm 18 and my best friend is 19 and she and I still go trick or treating too! This year we didn't have a whole lot of money to spend on a costume so we went to wall-mart and this was the cute idea we came up with.1by Simply a Memory 200 words, 1 comment, on Oct 30 3:12 PM• Commented on by judge.

No, not at all! English money confuses me! But don't worry so much about the money right now. I'll worry about money, you worry about those amazing ideas you've got hidden away. Alrighty?

Do you want boy/girl couple costumes or friends costumes that go together?
-
-
We're both girls but one of us would be willing to dress as a boy. Nothing too crazy though
We can both dress up boyish if we needed to! We dressed up as nights for this Halloween thingy that we did but we don't wanna be knights for Halloween since we were already knights one year. So yeah...
