Life... by intelligent design or accident?
The above question prompts controversy no matter where, who or how it is asked. We all ponder the 'big' questions from time to time - and what is bigger than life itself?
This contest is an open forum for entering a response to this question.
We all have free will and a brain to think with, so I would like to see responses that follow a degree of logic, contain proof (anecdotal, written or observed) and which show respect for opposing views.
Entries to this contest can be in any of these forms:
- Essay - something as simple as a five paragraph essay is sufficient.
- Article - should focus on one point and give concise evidence supporting it.
- Rant - no swearing and no mocking/flaming the opposing view.
- Story - must be either part of the plot or a discussion between characters.
Rules:
1. Must be logical, present some form of proof and be respectful.
2. Feel free to comment on other entries - but please do so within site policy. Please respect other people's beliefs.
3. No poems or scripts.
4. Word count: 200 - 5000. No more, no less.
Contest will be judged on content, grammar, spelling and punctuation. For essays and articles, I will also judge on effective development of argument/premise, as well as logical progression and proof. For rant/story forms, I will be looking for conviction and strength of belief.
