What's your favorite genre to read?
-
I really enjoy reading anything, and it depends on my mood really. Overall I enjoy Romance most, but not just cliche love. I prefer a deeper story, like maybe they started off as enemies and then grew to like eachother. Sometimes if I'm in the mood I like to read some Erotica, sometimes yaoi, sometimes yuri, sometimes teacher & student, sometimes incest, sometimes if it's late at night I love to read dark stories, murder mysteries and things that go bump in the night. Though I'm not the biggest fan of modern day science fiction, I'm EXTREMELY in love with The Twilight Zone, so any stories reflecting that sort of genre would be definitely receive brownie points.
I know that doesn't really answer your question, but that's why I left this contest open. I want to see whatever genre you feel is your strongest. If I have a good romantic story but a great sci-fi story, I go with quality of the label of the genre, ya know? Sorry if I'm a little long-winded, I just don't want discourage you.
-
WOW so many enteries already. AOne queation i always ask, is poetry allowed?????
-
Yeah, there is a ton I still have to get around to reading and commenting. I might make the contest a little longer to give me some more time. I wonder if I set a record o.o
Poetry is allowed, but it would be a longshot to win. I'd suggest submitting a story and then submitting a poem. -
-
Haha! You're gonna have a BLAST reading over 160 stories
-
-
hahah, oh wow..I did NOT think there would be this many ;P
I promise you I WILL read them and comment them all, when I find time. Oct/Nov will be busy, but after that it should go by quickly. So be patient!
-
New write
well I see that most of the submits are pre-writes so I have submitted a new one, so as to fresshen up the staleness of prewritten stories. Good luck and God's paitence with the contest
