1 - What is your view on Catholicsm? Are the morals too old fashioned, too strict, or do you like the religions' approach to things? Express yourself.
2 - Is sex a beautiful, natural, occurence or is it too obscene to be openly available for the world to see?
3 - What role does censorship play in your life? Do you think you're exposed to everything the world offers, or is your knowledge of controversial topics sheltered and limited?
4 - Gay support plays a huge role in Madonna's career. What is your view on gay pride?
5 - Pick something you'd like to change in the world today or talk about your wish for the future. Make your voice heard. Madonna founded Raising Malawi. Now, it's your turn to make a difference. 
6 - Talk about AIDS. Do you have a personal experience with it? Tell the story. Or, do you think money going towards AIDS research is pointless since it is preventable with steril needles and protected sex? Explain why or why not.
