Romance

OK, I just got back from a three-week long holiday at the Gaeltacht. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a place in Ireland where the residents speak Irish all the time. Kids go there to improve their Irish and stuff.

ANYWAY... while I was there, I was seriously deprived of good reading material. So when I got back today, I decided to open a contest.

So here's what I want you to do.

Write me a romance story - and that's it.

Up to 2 entries per person, but if you're entering 2, 1 must be a new story. Brownie points if you write a new story.

RULES
1. Tasteful swearing is allowed.
2. No erotica or adult material.
3. Gay/les is fine, I like reading that stuff.
4. 4000 word maximum, 500 word minimum.
5. Good grammar and spelling is a must. I'm a grammar Nazi.

BROWNIE POINTS
1. Gay boy love. I love this, but if you do it, it MUST be good.
2. Kissing in the rain.
3. A main guy character who likes lollipops.
4. A holiday romance.
5. Sweetness.
6. Commenting on my novel-in-progress, Running With Scissors - or any of my stories really.

I think that's it. So get writing!

        Good stuff

I thought you'd be an American tourist, convinced they were Irish, and thought tattie and muckle was a language
Well...there are arguments for it being a language, seeing as laws were written in it.
        Same with Scotland, likeessss.

Wow! My great granpa wouldn't talk to us unless we used Scottish tongue or gaelic, but I can't remember a word of it, it' rather fabby that you've done it. You should write a story in it
