ok, by a concept story i mean a story that doesnt rest on characters or action, simply concept, whether it be the premise of the story (character wakes up in a room having no idea how he got there) or the twist in the end, where the last line realization will have me austounded.

Dang, is there NOTHING that story can't do? *grins*
I'll submit something for this, but I'm not sure if I completely understand your rules. After all, Cube and IHNMBIMS both had well-defined characters and plot in it (both - to survive).
