    Mine is the poem, Asylum.

  • I probably won't enter, but I thought I'd mention that the Masque of the Red Death is one of my all-time favorite short stories.

    Hi!

I have dark stories, but none that really relate to Poe. Must the stories tie to his stories or poems?

Hi, I will enter I am just trying to find the right line. I can't quite remember it. It is from The Fall Of The House Of Usher, in the book The Poet by Michael Connelly and it goes something like this: Through the pale door I go.

Can you help me? I can't remember the line and can't find it anywhere. I just need that one line.
If you can help me well.... I'll be eternally in your debt.

  • Oh dear I do so love the Raven, but I cannot bring myself to create a poem or story inspired by it. It in itself is a poem that inspires all but is too good to repeat, in any form.

I used Edgar Allen Poe as an influence of my story (including time period and plot), but no specific work of his.
