Faster, lots more bugs fixed

Thanks to everyone for their help and contributions! Also, comments are now auto-judged based on their length when you add them. When or if the item owner judges them, the point bonus is adjusted. Hopefully this will be simpler!

Contests got a huge reworking, if you were having trouble before. Lists's 'next in list' should now work correctly as well.
