Quite a few updates went in. Featured box is now above the chatterbox, and the 'local navigation' area has a title. We've added some fun colors to areas of the site; expect them to change from time to time!
During this process, there were occassional problems with showing stories, adding comments, and sending message (all messages went to kevin, eek!). Those should all be fixed, but keep kevin posted if you have problems. Thanks for being a storywriter!
