Background edge reduced, IE rich text fixes, tiling backgrounds across whole page

For users with small to medium sized screens, they shouldn't see any gap along the sides of the page (the "edge background", so it will look much more like allpoetry. The sidebar has been made more minimal as well.

Tiling backgrounds now don't show the "edge background" either. We're listening to you!
