I don't know if every one knows this, but I do know that some people do. Writing is reading; because you have to edit your writing and most people do their editing by re-READING their works of art. I'm writing this because if you are reading this you have probably just learned something. This is a place to write stories, but it is also a library. So this place is full of knowledge and is waiting to share it's power.
PLEASE comment on people's writing and show them that you read their stories so they can go to sleep at night knowing that they gave you power.
My teachers always say that the more you read the more you know. So if knowledge is power then people that read must be the most powerful people on the planet.

Great column you've posted, Black-Olives. Great column indeed. Reading really does enhance the mind, if even you're reading something that seems beyond simple. My motto is "Writer's Read and Reader's Write"...and it's essentially true. Yeah, SW is definitely like a library filled with all sorts of stuff to read. I liked the last sentence of this the most. Great column! -
You are so right. Writing is reading. The more you read the more you know so the more you can write. But remember if you can imagine you can also write.
