I'm Brooke.
I have a degree in commercial art and haven't tried writing anything since college (I work full-time and go out a lot), so this is me finally putting ideas into words. Excuse any poor writing since it's been awhile. Sometimes I look at stories I wrote forever ago and cry because I've lost my touch.
Being 25, I don't like angsty emo kids or fangirls. If your story involves cutting, depression, suicide, the freaking Jonas Brothers, outlandish teenage shenanigans that aren't handled tastefully, etc, then I will probably cringe and skip over your story. Do not bug me for comments because you won't want to hear what's going through my head.

Mrs. Dalloway on March 24Your profile made me smile and regain hope in humanity. And no, I didn't bother reading twilight, but it sounds like complete crap lol.
"Sometimes I look at stories I wrote forever ago and cry because I've lost my touch."
I definitely know what that's like. Of course, sometimes it's also fun to look at previous works that ended up being total crap but seemed so deep at the moment.
Lovely "meeting" you!
