    He looks horrible!! I thought he was supposed to be attractive. A very bad casting choice. Bella is so-so. I wonder how much input Meyers had in the casting.

    He looks dead. Which I guess since he's a vampire, he may be, but still.

    There are some pictures on imdb that show him not so pale looking.

    Every fan of the book has their own idea of what Edward Cullen looks like.Robert is a good actor.Dont diss him before you have seen the movie.Remember the storyline focusses on the emotions between Bella and Edward so if Robert and Kirsten can pull it off then I dont care what they look like.

      I totally agree with you! And if anyone just picks up a copy of Penelope and watches Robert in action........just, wow. it's amazing. He really pulls off the 'Edward feel' and they only show you like, two minutes of a scene. xD
      As for the series in general, the last book really ruined it for me. Twilight is still good as a stand alone, and so is Eclipse..kind of. But I won't be rereading the series anytime soon. It was good while it lasted...until Breaking Dawn had to go and ruin it. =/

    The cover's a wee bit exaggerated eh? (wee = X-tremely in this case, Eddy's deader and more show-offy, Bella is wanton) They were probably predicting the future Breaking Dawn (desperate) Bella when they made this cover.

    Honestly, I'd rant right here, but I'll save my breath by letting Corpses' awesome rant on it speak for me.

    And seriously, it should be a federal crime to compare this *censored* to Harry Potter.

    Even he admitted the photo was off.

    I think they made a wonderful casting choice.

    I always thought Edward to be some dark emo kid when I was reading the series. But eh, I personally don't care what the actors look like. Just as long as they can pull off the emotions in the book I wont complain. I think that it is cool that the same guy that playes Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter plays Edward.
