To those of you with dreams of being published; if it happens would you continue to log-in, write and comment on SW?
I'm talking about one of the big publishers, not lulu or an ezine or an anthology. I mean your novel in the new releases section of barnes and noble (the store). Right in the front as soon as people walk in they see your book. You're doing book signings, making money and all that crap. I mean other then to gloat and go
, do you still come to SW?
-
Lol, as long as the book signings and the publicity tour gives me the time.
I'd at least come back to grade the class homeworks. Would you take a free class from a published author? Heck yes. So everyone would be happy.

Storywrite is socially important to me. I'd always be coming back
-
I think I would keep on coming here. Unless the publisher/agent forbad it or said it was a bad idea. But I probably wouldn't post stories on here anymore unless they were things I didn't intend to be published or things I wasn't serious about.
I'd still come on here to see how other people write and to get help.
-
I would because I've made some really great friends on here- even if I couldn't post work on here anymore after publication (say if there was a contract that hindered me from doing so or something of that sort), I would at least log on to keep in touch with friends when I could
-
If I decided to get published and did, I think I would still come to SW and write some stories (I've got a million of them) and be an active memeber.
I would have a stipulation in my contract that would allow me to to do so, I am the writer and I make the rules. Not my agent nor publishing house.
socially "important"... is that better? ;p
