This is an anthology that I’m putting together, and there is no guarantee that it will be published. I’ll do my best to seek out a publisher for it, though. No payments, and no contributor copies. This is an amateur effort, and as such I will be unable to reimburse you. This is strictly for the love of writing.

I’m looking for horror stories (500 words to 5000 words in length) that take place across a number of time periods: stone age, middle age, modern day, future, etc. Sci-fi and fantasy are cool, but let’s try to get a variety of time settings.

Word count for this anthology is expected to be 80000 words. Submissions must be double spaced in .rtf format with name, address, e-mail address, and word count at top of submission. Use 12 pt. Times New Roman font. Include a short bio and a publishing history in your cover letter.

Send subs to cjacobsmeyer@msn.com with HTTA SUBMISSION in the subject line. Open until filled.

You're so cool with all the active stuff you do for your genre. Now if only you did all this for my genre.

I should say I'm not the one editing this--Christopher Jacobsmeyer is. (hence the different email address.)

Thanks Valkyrie. You know, I've always been interested in putting together some kind of project. Maybe I'll do something dark fantasy related (editing-wise) in the future.
