Oh yeah...my username. Well, I had two hamsters before. One of them was named Butterscotch, but she died after three days of wet tail, a common hamster disease. I'm still heartbroken after that! :'( Also, I had one shortly after that named Mia, who lived for two years, which is pretty long! Then she died after a Christmas vacation where I wasn't there. I want a new one for Christmas...if I get it, I'll name it Snuggles and treasure it forever in my heart!

When I was younger I had a hamster who had babies. 7 babies, and one day she ate them all but 4. One (cupcake) only had one eye and it got infected and died. Three others were Raberta, Little Tory, and Chocolate. Raberta and Little Tory turned visious, and the only one left was Chocolate. I took very good care of him and protected him with my life. I remember once, my cousin was trying to pour water on chocolate and drown him in his cage and I bit his had until he bled and he ran out and Chocolate was safe again. Chocolate lived for 5 years, and he died after my first day of school in my hands wrapped in his baby blancket I made him. It was really hard for me, and I didn't want another animal for a long time. Now I have a devil cat, named Waffles...=_= but I love her to death. I hope you get another hamster for christmas. -
beezy92 on November 23Aw...I'm so sorry about your hamster. That's the hardest thing about smaller rodents. You never know how long you'll have them. I think some of my favorite pets were my brother's mice they weer SO CUTE there was this one, White Cow, who was white with black spots. So cute! (= I'm sorry about your hamsters.
(It's so weird that you named yours Butterscotch. When I was little I really really wanted a golden retriever puppy named Butterscotch.I even wrote a really dumb poem about Butterscotch.)
