Yo! How is everyone? I'm Alisha, age 17. I've been going to this site for about a year, so I'm sure you've seen me around. Some names I've gone under:

That's only a few of them. I like changing names a lot. I'm too indecisive for my own good.
Anyway, what is there really to say about myself? Uh...well, I like to write, in case you don't know why I joined storywrite.com. I probably couldn't last a day without writing something. I'm currently working on the first installment of my fantasy series, The Violet Strike Epic. I posted a tennative introduction to it, but I've since dismissed the idea. You can check it out to get a gist of the series, but it won't be in the actual book. Nor will I post anything from the book on here. I'm only going to post things that I don't plan to publish someday.
I also like acting and singing. I'm a pretty avid theatre goer. I just got done with our school's production of "West Side Story". I played Anita (the secondary lead). This summer, I'm planning to participate in our community show "Roger's and Hammerstein's Cinderella". I absolutely adore this show and I hope I get the lead. If not, oh well. I've been in the business long enough to know that you don't always get what you want.
So, some other facts about me...
Favorite Movies: Across the Universe, Spider-man, X-Men (only 1 and 2. The third one sucked), To Kill a Mocking Bird, The Matrix (I have yet to see the last two), Gone with the Wind, Jerry Maguire, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, far too many more for me to think of.
Favorite TV Shows: Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Chuck, Moonlight. I also like anime. Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, Naruto, Cowboy Bebop, Blood +, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Avatar: The Last Airbender, D Gray Man. Again, the list goes on.
Favorite Books: I'm a huge fan of Dickens. A Tale of Two Cities, Great Expectations... I also like the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer, Maximum Ride, Harry Potter, anything by Markus Zuzak, The Mortal Instruments Series by Classandra Clare. Once again,the list continues.
Favorite Actors: Johnny Depp, Tom Hanks, Heath Ledger, Christian Bale, Lawerence Fishburn, Jim Sturgess, etc.
Favorite Actresses: Helena Bohnam Carter, Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep
Favorite Bands: Evanescence, Nickleback, My Chemical Romance, Panic! At the Disco, FallOut Boy, Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Bowling for Soup, Flyleaf, Paramore, Nightwish
