I go by the name Sacha (or, right now, Trinh). I am an 18 year old graduate of Martinsburg Senior High; I work at the public library and have a 4th poem being published in an anthology this year. I've been a writer of stories for almost nine years. I hope to get at least one of my stories published in a magazine, collection of short stories, or by itself as a novel one day.
I have experience in 12 languages other than English, which, in order of fluency, are: Spanish, Italian, Latin, Portuguese, German, Japanese, French, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Greek, Hebrew. I plan on studying Hindustani and Arabic, also, as well as possibly Irish Gaelic and Greek and Hebrew.
I love studying the supernatural. I know a good bit about vampire lore, and I read Runes and Tarot. I am very interested in ghosts and I have an affinity for angels. Ironically, I don't use any of these things very often in my writings. I have a deep curiosity about God and the universe, and that shows sometimes in my works, more so in my poetry than in my prose.
I'm a computer nerd and was an honors student in high school. I took two years of automotive tech and dropped out of Spanish 101 at college because it was like kindergarten in Spanish. I love basketball, volleyball, and hockey, and sometimes I like to kick around a soccer ball or a punching bag. Cooking is also a love of mine. {I also enjoy bloviating about myself.} I don't like to watch television or use the dishwasher, and vacuums are scary.
