Rawr...yeah...that's right...

So...I thought that maybe I should put a little more information about me on here just to appease the curious mind.

I'm nineteen years old and have been happily married for almost a year and a half to my Army National Guardsman. He is currently on the list for deployment come March and will be going to Afghanistan for a year. It's not going to be easy, but I guess I've waited this long for him, it's possible to wait a little longer. Though...those other times have been in increments of about four months a piece. But yeah...he's my world.

I've been writing since I was in the seventh or eighth grade, but I always seemed to have a flare for it when I would do those dinky little creative writing assignments in English class all throughout my elementary school days (ugh...don't you miss it...), so technically, I've been writing for quite a while. I have my own style, obviously, and I'm the world's biggest procrastinator.

I don't write a whole lot of my own stuff because I always have to sit there and make the character sketches, and by the time I'm done with the main protagonists, I have an entire notebook of information that will probably never even be included in the book. Therefore, I've started at least five different books (if not more) and have yet to get passed the prologue in each one.

So, that explains why I most wrote fanfiction for most of my writing "career". Honestly, I think I'm pretty good at it since they characters and their backgrounds have already been made for you...it's just easier. But most of my fics could easily be turned into my own things, which is what I will be trying to accomplish in the next few months...outside of school of course...and wrestling the laptop away from my husband and his recent WoW addiction (that boy has more hobbies than anyone I've ever met...)

Another few bits of information you probably/most likely don't know about me:

*I'm a doting aunt. My niece is a year old and is the joy of my life, only to be topped by my own children. She's my light on a rainy day and her laughter makes me ache inside for her to be one of my own. I love that little girl with all my being and I always will. So, here's my shoutout to my niece, Julie. I love you baby girl!

*I'm brutally honest. I can't stand grammar and spelling mistakes when there are programs out there that do all that kind of crap for you...and that still doesn't make up for the fact that if you take pride in your work, you should be willing to go through it with a fine-tooth comb and get out those mistakes...don't be lazy.

*My family means everything to me. They keep me going when I'm all alone and I would do anything for them. And yes, that includes hiding the bodies.

*In reference to my friends...see above asterick. Especially my Saej. I love that girl.

*I have a very up front personality. You either like or you hate it. Either way, I probably don't care as much as I should just because I have more important things going on in my life than having to worry about what anyone else thinks of me.

*I just killed a gnat...WITH MY BARE HANDS! Oh yes...you should be very afraid.

*I'm a contradiction. I'm outgoing...but I hate people and I'm painfully shy. I know, it doesn't make sense.

*I hate spiders. They're disgusting creatures that need to be killed and extinct once and for all...buuuhhh...

*I'm in charge of finances around the house even though I don't work very much...(in the great words of my hubby...He spends the money and I tell him when he runs out...)

So...that's me in a nutshell. Enjoy it while you can. No telling how long I'll be in the mood to be nice before I go into my depressed stage that happens whenever my husband has to leave.

Toodles!
