Yep, as my name seems to indicate, I do indeed like CSI! However, I am also interested in forensics, the science, and am seriously considering a career in forensic science.
Writing-wise, I'm interested in a variety of different genres, including fiction, mystery, crime, satircal, and several others.
At the moment I have a bunch of ideas floating around in my head. They come from my wild imagination, which takes the plotlines of all kinds of tv shows, books, and real life situations; combines them; twists them; and adds to them to produce my very own stories.
For instance, so many shows are set in Miami. Do you ever wonder what would happen if Michael Weston (from CBS's "Burn Notice") and Hortio Caine (from CBS's "CSI: Miami) ever clashed paths? I think the outcome would be hysterical!
I also try to pull plotlines from everyday things that I'm curious about. Questions like "Is there an international justice system?" intrigue me and start making me conjure up all kinds of ideas with which to write about.
On the down side, I struggle to bring my ideas to one, cohesive whole. This is what my current goal is: to stick my ideas together and produce an enjoyable and itelligent piece of literature. We'll see if the coming days bring about that goal.
