My name is Taylor-Beth, I am 13 years old. My hobbies include: Reading, Writing, Singing, Musical Theatre, School and sometimes Dancing. The current play I am doing right now is Annie and in it I am miss hannigan... the evil one. My favourite author is Deborah Ellis because of her outstanding Parvana Series. I found out about this site from my friend Sabrina. I have one doggy named Rusty, and I am more of a tom-boy. I love music and writing, it is my life and my passion. Someday I want to win Canadian Idol but right now, im too young. So now you know where I live, good old COLD Canada. I have tons of friends and bad experiences with guys... I love this one guy and he doesn't love me back so i'm kind of devistated... My great-grandmother just got diagnosed with multiple myloma cancer and she isn't strong enough for treatment so she is dying... For now I would rather live in my characters and settings instead of reality. My stories are not about happy things so if you think you are going to get a chuckle out of my stories, replace that with lots of tears. Thanks for visiting my profile! Love you all!

My Username is -CactusJack- and everyone on the site simply calls me Jack. I would like to welcome you to the StoryWrite web site. Our site is a community of people who all share a common desire to write, in some form or another, and to hopefully become a published author sometime in the future.
You may notice a gold medal by your name. This is a free trial membership. This shows you what options you have if you were a paid member of Storywrite.com. After three days the membership expires and you become a regular member.
I would also like to take this time to let you know about the new members group on the site. This group was set-up to show you how to post your work onto the site and to give you an understanding of how the reading/reviewing of your work actually happens on the site. It is recommended that all new members to the site give serious consideration to joining a writing group as a method of assisting them in becoming an active member of the site. It is a place to make new friends and get helpful critiques.
