I am a 23 year old writer. I was born in California but I grew up in Utah where I still live today. I've just completed writing the second novel of my lifetime though I enjoy writing short stories and poetry just as much. I work at an international software company which pays the bills until I figure out how to make money with my writing =). I'm here to make friends and read these undiscovered author-to-be's talented work.

In my rare spare time besides writing, I enjoy the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, photography, four-wheeling, playing with my two dogs Buck and Ash, reading, driving my truck through the mud and up in the hills, playing pool, football, soccer, running, keeping physically active, etc. etc.

My username is SageSyren but most people just call me Syren or Brooke. Our site is a community of people who all share a common desire to write and hopefully become a published author sometime in the future. It is also a place to sharpen your writing skills and display your creativity while being in a fun environment!
