I have always been a writer, ever since the first story I wrote, and received an "A" for, in 2nd grade.
I am one of those who has always had journals and diaries, as well as having dozens of stories in the "construction" stage at all times.
I am a certified level II college level writing tutor, although I currently am not employed as one (does not pay well enough!).
I am a licensed counselor who works in the substance abuse and domestic violence field. I have been on the other side of those fences many times myself in the past, and am an addict in recovery for 11 years.
I am a practicing Wiccan and usually a vegetarian who loves the earth and respects all living beings.
I enjoy writing poetry, personal pieces, short stories, and the occasional "rant" or "true life" missive. I enjoy reading everything and look forward to reading what others have posted on this site!
