My name is Tiffany, or T, or Tiff.
Well, I'm 16 years old, and from England.
I've always had this dream to become an author or at least a writer of some kind. Ever since I was little I'd write all kinds of stories. If I was bored I'd write. Looking back on them they're all pretty terrible and were all based on stories I liked at the time, but hell, I was young.
I've always been into reading, ever since I could read. I read all the Enid Blyton's avidly when I was young, moving onto Harry Potters and Meg Cabot. Then a few years back I got into the classics, Pride and Prejudice, Little Women etc. Most recently I have an obsession with the Twilight books, by Stephenie Meyer. They are easily the most addictive books EVER written. I am in love with Edward Cullen and I also have a minor crush on Jacob Black - even though most Twilight fans hate him.
Anyway, yeah, so I figured I'd post a couple of stories on here that I've been working on lately, and see what kind of reception they get. Obviously if everybody hates them, writing is not the right career path for me, but it's fun to do as a hobby.
As a person, I am incredibly optimistic. I always look on the bright side and find the funny side of a situation, usually way before everyone else does, which means I have to try and explain through explosive giggles what is so funny. I'm the kind of person to just start laughing for the fun of it, or to skip down a road just because I love the feeling of being childish. I can sit there for hours in my own little world and then forget what I've been daydreaming about.
I love nearly every kind of music imaginable. One month I'll be into punk, and the next it'll be big band/swing music. It changes all the time to suit how I'm feeling.
Movies I love: Moulin Rouge, Romeo and Juliet, all the Harry Potters, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Legally Blonde, Miss Congeniality, Grease, Mamma Mia, Phantom of the Opera, Twilight
TV shows I love: Desperate Housewives, The OC, One Tree Hill, Friends, Big Brother (hell, I want to be a psychologist, so I see it as a social experiment!)

Alright, so this is going to be a nice little rant about people who care only about popularity. So, I've had this best friend ever since we were 12, and she's always been individual, creative, and above all, herself. But since we left senior school she has changed so much. She's totally obsessed with her image, in fJuly 17, 300 words. → Make first comment?
