~♥ SPIRIT OF LIFE - UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST HYMN ♥~
Spirit of Life, come unto me.
Sing in my heart all the stirrings of compassion.
Blow in the wind; rise in the sea.
Move in the hand, giving life the shape of justice.
Roots hold me close; wings set me free.
Spirit of Life, come to me.
Come to me.
~ ♥ PRAYER OF ST. FRANCIS ♥ ~
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

graybeard on September 2, 2009Hey Saint,
I'm in 'Novels Only' with you and I see no one has chosen to read your posts. I think it's because of the scary word count. LOL I'd be happy to read if you'll post your longer chapters in two parts. I have commitments to three other groups so don't have a lot of time to spend in any of them and a five thousand word post takes some time to read and comment on. Anyway that's my offer

No Vacancy. on July 8, 2009I have to say, I liked the name you chose prior to this one. JonathanPoetarian has a ring to it. [;
You sound spiffy, and I don't just say that because I'm incredibly bias towards the fact that you're also a NYC resident, a vegetarian, good with grammar (seemingly), and interested in the arts... I also say it because I like your page! But probably more so because I'm incredibly biased.
Just passin' through.

Savage on November 9, 2008Your definition of crazy is incredibly accurate, I'm crazy but I call it logic.

Forgotten Anomaly on August 22, 2008I like your page. I too am a Vegetarian (four and a half years), poet, and am attempting febally to learn french. Love your name very creative. Alright, I'm off to look at more of your stories.
