~ &hearts PRAYER OF ST. FRANCIS &hearts ~

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

[&hearts] IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT ME:

-I am a Catholic Christian.
-I've been an Irish dancer since I was eight. I am currently in Preliminary Championships.
-I am a member of AllPoetry.
-I have often been mistaken as my mother's younger sister. She has none.
-I won the grand prize in a Hewlett Packard writing contest at seven years old.
-I prefer when people are themselves.
-I've been a pianist since I was five, but know next to nothing about theory.
-I love reading and writing.
-I love Science Fiction shows and movies. Favorites include "Firefly", "Star Wars", "Star Trek", "Battlestar Galactica", "Stargate SG-1", and "Stargate Atlantis."
-I know who I am, and will not sacrifice that for anything.
-I enjoy music of almost every genre.
-I am an Honors student.
-I care for everyone, hate no one, and am a friend to anyone who wants me to be. Whether or not they are a friend of mine is up to them.
-I would die for my family, my friends, and for my Lord.
-I love walking in the rain.
-I am stronger than I look... in more ways than one.
-I am an artist of sorts, but do not share my artwork with anyone but my family.
-I am a singer. I take voice lessons and sing at Mass, and hope to eventually enter the high school choir.
-I can be serious (especially when the situation demands it), but overall I'm a pretty fun person.
-I like to use emoticons.
-God is writing my love story.
