Hi there. My name is Rachel and I'm a 23 year old woman living in Brisbane, Australia. I'm English born but cursed with wandering feet so I tend to travel around a lot, and thus have managed to land myself in Australia. Which I absolutely love... I write mainly fantasy fiction, usually with a slightly darker twist to it, and poetry. I am an unpublished author as yet and I write mainly for my own pleasure, and because I have so many things running around in my head, I'd go mad if I didn't.
I run the Guild of Fantasy Writers which is an online community for writers of fantasy, horror and science fiction, and I would love to open and own my own bookshop in the future. Maybe when I move back to England...

Our site is a community of people who all share a common desire to write and hopefully become a published author sometime in the future.
