Beginning attempt at explaining the rut we all seem to run in. The thought was prompted by a program on discovery about thought controlling water. It is proven to be so.

Regimen of hydrogen peroxide rinse, then a 20 minute rinse with Sunflower oil (thank you Oma Heidi) twice a day has brought the pain to a tolerable level without the Daypro. Got a full 4 hours sleep last night...well this morning after 4AM. I was able to have my breakfast of buckwheat cakes and an omlette, (sorrNovember 1, 100 words. → 2 comments, Add one?
