My name is Meli, and I appreciate reading. It helps you understand, and helps you unravel the world as others see it. It is also a great way to speak without talking. I've had passing marks (A's and B's) in Language Arts since who knows when. The stuff comes around pretty easily, and I'm still trying to master it. So please... if you want to read my stuff, that's fine, but I won't force yeh.

And if anyone questions if I'm mature -- I'm 18 and I want to connect as much to the younger world of people as well as the elder. The reasons why: I want to be a children's book illustrator, a children's and teen's book writer, and that's about it. So please... respect. (And of course, you'll be respected back ^^).

I'm a writer, an Artist, a faithful reviewer, a reader of books (yes, I'm almost like a Bibliophile, only that I read the better books, which depend, honestly x___X I haven't found any great ones lately), and I'm a friend to lean on. I update my livejournal every now and then. I usually prefer every day, then again, I'm sometimes busy. I'm not much of a Myspace follower now-a-days, but I do check it out every three weeks or so. I do go on my Deviant Art most of the time, so that's a good place to start if you want comments on artwork or anything of the same.

I've graduated High School, and I'm going into Web design. The ideals of that go into my ideals of becoming an Illustrator. Illustrations are your basic pictures, the ones that go onto publications and the like.
