Melancholic SmileShow stories

I've always wanted to find a place to write which is what brings me here. I'm not sure how good I am at it yet as I stop and start and start and stop various ideas and stories. But I'm here to get better and hopefully one day write something that someone somewhere will say "Wow, thats fantastic!" to when they read it.

A bit about me? I'm 26, I'm female, I'm from Scotland in the UK and I live in a very rural place with my fiance and 2 dogs. I live by the sea and with not much to do here I watch the world go by. And feel inspired... And write

Just to say that I'm from Scotland too, presently working as a missionary in deepest darkest England, civilizing the heathen Sassenachs. Could I be nosy and ask whereabouts in Scotland? Sutherland maybe, or somewhere on the west coast? It's just that I get a little homesick from time to time, and the thought that someone on this site is actually living and breathing in the country that God designed makes me feel that I can reach out and breathe the clean air that's in such short supply in York.

Oh, and i see that brevity is the essence of your stories, well done!
