Greetings, and welcome to my author page. (This page was last updated on September 25, 2008.) My name is Grace, and I will answer to it as well as L-chan, Gureisu, and Lover of Stories. Some things to know about me… (If you’re saying, “…Why would I want to know about you?” then stop reading my author page and just click the blue “Show stories” link next to my screen name.)

I am a “baby” Christian. In other words, I’m a Christian but have a lot left to learn. My favorite verse is currently Romans 5:8 – But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

I really like to write. Mostly I write fanfiction and sonnets, because I’m too lazy to come up with my own characters. Sometimes I write original stories, but they either never get finished or end up being pretty short. When I actually come up with good ideas, they usually spark stories, but the stories don’t get completed because if they get too long, I lose interest and quit. Most of my fanfiction is of Naruto, but I did some of stories I read on SW.

I love anime and manga. My favorite manga: Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and Tsubasa. My favorite anime: Naruto, Bleach, and Inuyasha. Notice how some cross over lists. (I don’t know if Tsubasa would be one of my favorite animes because I haven’t seen the anime yet.) Oh, and as for the ultimate anime question: subs or dubs? I say subs, all the way. I end up watching more dubbed anime than subbed, though, because I’m usually watching with three of my siblings, two of which can’t read the subs fast enough to understand.

I don’t support yaoi (boy on boy) and yuri (girl on girl).

I support the following Naruto pairings: SasuSaku (Sasuke x Sakura), NejiTen (Neji x Tenten), ShikaTema (Shikamaru x Temari), SakuLee (Sakura x Lee), NaruHina (Naruto x Hinata), KakaAnko (Kakashi x Anko), ChoujiIno (Chouji x Ino), IruShizu (Iruka x Shizune), ShinoAya (Shino x Ayame – Ayame’s the Ichiraku’s girl), KonoHana (Konohamaru x Hanabi) and AsuKuren (Asuma x Kurenai). I’m flexible about ShikaIno (Shikamaru x Ino) – it’s okay, but I like ShikaTema and ChoujiIno better. Unlike some people, I don’t hate OC pairings. If you go into OCs, I like GaaraAya (Gaara x Aya) and KibaMegu (Kiba x Megumi).

I support the following Bleach pairings: IshiHime (Ishida x Orihime), IchiRuki (Ichigo x Rukia), YoruiKisuke (Yoruichi x Kisuke), and HitsuMomo (Hitsugaya x Momo). Not as long as my Naruto pairing list… yet. I’m flexible about RenjiRuki (Renji x Rukia) – it’s okay, but I like IchiRuki better.

When people I know say a certain thing, it pisses me off. When people in a story say the same thing, it doesn’t bother me at all. Example: When my sister or brother says “Sas-gay” (referring to Sasuke from Naruto) I get more annoyed than I have any right to be. When Sakura called Sasuke “Sasu-gay” (basically the same thing, not exactly, but same concept) in a fanfic, I started laughing. …I wonder why. *sweatdrop*

My favorite numbers (not “lucky” numbers, just favorite numbers) are: 24, 7, 13, 42, 40, 124, 4, 3, 2, and 1.

I get figuratively high off of good fanfics. NEJITEN!! *computer suffers my massive glompage*

I have pet hamsters and love them very much. Hamsters are the best. Kitties (or kittens, if you prefer to call them that), pandas, narwhales, monkeys, puppies, and mice are very cool too. So are fish. I want to get a goldfish and name him Alfredo. After the OitM character.

I tried to redo my author page maybe seven times before this, but each time I accidentally deleted my new author page, which left it as the old one. I don’t know how that happened. But anyways, finally I stopped being a baka and typed my new author page in Microsoft Word. Where I could save and edit it. And this time the author page change worked! ^_^ Duh, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading it right now.

I have issues and forget important things. A lot. X.X

Getting comments on my pieces makes my day. So if you read one of my pieces, please comment. Even if all you do is tell me that my work sucks, it’s better than not getting a comment at all. ^^

I love the Harry Potter series. I should probably reread it, though. I finished the whole series a couple days after the seventh book came out. I don’t remember many details about it now, though, though I do remember which characters I liked the best and which pairings I liked. I love Snape. Snape is awesome. Bash him, and I will… go cry in the emo corner of Disney World. …As if. More likely, I’ll pout and type angry messages bashing whatever you like, but never send/tell them to you. It helps let off steam, and won’t upset you because you’ll never get the message! =D

I feel sad when I see people kill bugs. I used to just feel sorry for the bugs themselves, but now that I am an addicted Naruto fan, I always think of Shino when I see the insects squashed… If I lived in an anime, I’d be having waterfall tears right about now. Like this: T.T Don’t squash Tonbo… Please…

I love Fudge Mints. Fudgy minty goodness… It’s mine! ALL MINE!! *cackles and eats a Fudge Mint*

I am not one of those fanfic writers that would write a mangaka or an author a letter saying, “I just wrote graphic porn of your characters! Thanks for making them!” That’s… creepy. *winces* I have never written lemons, and I don’t plan to write them. Ever. =P I love fluff. Cute fluff is hardcore… Too bad I have no talent for writing it.

I have issues with not throwing enough stuff away. I keep too much junk in my closet.

I like the Twilight series, but it’s a little annoying sometimes. And I hate when Twilight fans bash Jacob because they prefer Edward or bash Edward because they prefer Jacob. Edward and Jacob are BOTH cool. Okay? I like reading pieces that bash Twilight and pieces that support Twilight. I’m just weird like that. I haven’t read Breaking Dawn yet… I’m not sure if I actually will. I’m just not as interested anymore. Twilight was better as a stand-alone book.

I like the Redwall series and other books by Brian Jacques. ^^

I use ~these~ instead of italicizing since I don’t have a gold membership. So if you see something in ~these~ think of it as if it’s italicized. Example: “What ~are~ you!?” The “~are~” is italicized.

Users on SW made me a much bigger fan of Naruto than I was before I got an SW account. Chibi and Gem take most of the blame. My brother was the one who got me to watch the anime in the first place, but reading fanfics made me appreciate it a lot more. FanFiction.Net is great for reading Naruto fanfics, too.

I wish I could draw Naruto charries, but the last time I tried, the result was… EPIC PHAILURE. T.T (Phailure just looks better than failure…) I may try again, though. Practice makes…slightly closer to perfect? And I must remember that Pionner Girls lesson: Failure is never final! ^_^

I like eating cereal after dinnertime… Some “breakfast foods” are great throughout the day! ^w^

I like… emoticons. Smiles and frownies and whatnot… It’s amazing what you can do with the keys on your keyboard. I love music. It’s beyondsome. ^^ I will most likely listen to anything unless it’s completely horrible, but I do have favorites…

Hamsters are NOT rats. There’s this guy who comes over to my house and calls the hamsters rats just to get on my nerves… >.> So don’t call hamsters rats. Please.

I’m lazy. What else is new? I’m just glad Anko’s not my gym teacher… *shivers*
