I'm back!! After being away from this site for AGES O.o So now I just have to judge a contest, catch up on my friends' work.... and then I can start writing again

Hey zar.

I'm interested in fantasy mostly because, frankly, I find normal people boring But I'm not really into medieval-type fantasy. I just like to write about anything weird and thought-provoking, and of course characters who are in weird situations. (I like to mess with their heads.) I just like fast-paced stories with constant shocks and twists so that there's no way for me to get bored.

I love writing stories because...
- I have to get all the ideas and concepts in my head written down so I don't forget them
- I like to mess with people's heads, and it's easy if you're the one planning their life
- I love to dream

Above all, I value originality. Hazzah!

    yeah, i write alot. no, i've never gotten anything other than news pieces published (i wrote for the paper at a community college before i came to this university). as for the caps, i don't have MS word on my computer, so i'm stuck with word pad, which doesn't automatically capitalize. and i'm both way too lazy and way too busy lately to actually proofread. i usually just sit write something down and post it. there's very little editing or proofreading for me usually. what you read is what i wrote. if i post it, its usually right after i write it. although occasionally i put some thought and deliberation and editing into stories, like uh.... uhm... maybe not so much. as for the firestorm thing, yeah, the people definitely seem like robots. you ever tried writing characters of your friends? you don't want to offend anyone, or kill anyone, or anything. and firestorm was the first story i posted on here. i've written alot and gotten better since then. i am planning to take another crack at the basic storyline though, but with fictional characters. there i go again, taking up enormous amounts of space on other people's page. i can be an unwitting jerk that way sometimes. thanks for the reads, and i just might take you up on the editing thing someday. i'll try and read some of your stuff when i have time. thanks again. later!
