About me:
I was born on Saturn, as the Crown Prince. Don't know how I ended up on earth. My home world is where I get my musical inspiration from, because they sound really different there. I am trying to win the heart of the lovely Princess of Pluto, the most beautiful girl on the planet. I hope I get to it before the Prince of Mars - I hear he's a real warmongering idiot.

I am a frontman/lyricist/singer for a band. My/our biggest influence in music for the band would be Coldplay and U2, though some video game music (from the Sonic series, Final Fantasy series and the Castlevania series) is also going to heavily influence our work. We are trying to oust all possible musical cliches and pull out some songs that sound very different from anyone else's.
We are classified as Light Rock or Neo-Rock and are working toward an ethereal sound.
My SW family tree:
Valkyrie - My SW Mom. She gives me pretty good reviews, she has great stories, she's funny... she's pretty much like my real Mom!
Vicious Cabaret - My big SW brother. He is a pretty nice guy, but he can get on my nerves, too.
Brightest - My SW twin brother. I wonder how we got separated at poetic birth. lol
Lunarsparkle - My big SW sister with a poetic sense of justice. No, really, go read her stuff.
Six-feet-underwater - My SW little sister. She's a punk princess with a crown of interesting stories to prove it!
Rain-IchLeibeDich - My SW little sister who has a problem with her self esteem. She really is great fun though, so help boost her nonexistant ego!
Cristell - My RL love and favorite cybergirl. She's totally awesome! I need to drag her on here some day.
Blueberry Queen Aura - My first SW girlfriend, though I'm not sure how that happened. We're still on good terms, since King-of-Kings stole her heart without me breaking it beforehand (not really my forte). She's a lot of fun in the CB!
Elegant Inspirer - My second SW girlfriend. We were friends first, and even there, I am not sure how we got along so fast. I put a Peter Pan picture up for my face and she'd been hitting on me since. *Laughs* Then the Chocolate King came along and won her stoma... *Coughs* Er, I mean, heart. Major weirdness.

Does any of this ever happen to you?
....You seem to be deep in thought and suddenly break out into a smile, because you are probably thinking of him/her.
....You will try to think of him/her before you go to sleep because you want to dream about him/her.
....You will hear his/her name (whether the name of that person is someone else's name too is being called or not) and your heart leaps at the mere thought of him/her.
....You never use a short version of his/her name, because you want to savor every sweet syllable of it.
....You will always refer to him/her as beautiful/handsome (or something like that) and never "hot." You find that "hot" is a term for someone you find just "sexy," not someone you love.
....You hate having to say goodbye (whether in person, on the computer or on the phone) to him/her because once they go, your entire life seems to have just become empty.
....You will literally stare at the clock waiting until the time you will being seeing/talking with him/her again, because every second spent doing anything else seems like a waste of time.
....You think your favorite dream is the one where you pop the question on her/he pops the question on you, until you have the one where he/she is walking with you down the aisle.
If many or all of these apply to you... it means you're in love with that special somebody. If you're proud of that, put this on your profile!

The Story of How I Went About Reinventing Self-Perception
The song collection I have written took a long time to finish, almost three years in the making. Inspired by Chris Martin’s lyrics of insufferable romanticism, retrospection and introspection, combined with the introspective style and self-criticism of Bono, the songs deal with combine coming-of-age experiences with the innocent perspective of love in adolescence. Rather than forcing the lyrics out onto the paper without a clue as to what is being said, I have let the lyrics take their time in developing after gaining the experience to actually write them out with astute clarity.
Ordinarily, people write songs by forcing them out - the lyrics seem coerced out onto the page and do not seem entirely sincere. Bono once said that “once you pick up a pen and starting lyrics, you’ve already interfered with the song.” Some essential parts of the lyrics are lost during the journey from your head to the page. The only option is to let the lyrics flow out of mind, and pen them down before they fade out.
Your lyrics are, for all intents and purposes, your own perception of yourself, the world and others put either abstractly or plainly. This significantly reveals your self-perception – whether you are self-doubting, confident and/or honest with yourself, or just plain egotistical. The first and the third types of lyricists are the most common forms of song lyrics, and generally are of average quality. The second type of lyricist is both rare and exceptionally extraordinary. It is for you to judge when and where which category I fall into.
As falsely depicted by Disney channel, “just being yourself” is not good enough. Sometimes you are not who you should be, and if that’s the case, you should change into the person you should be. If you cannot force yourself to change, be gradual about it. I had to go this process before “just being myself” was good enough. Getting there was quite a journey.
My friend Auron once told me I was wise and experienced beyond my years, and that I had experienced things some other people never understand or even experience in a lifetime. He said my problem was not my understanding of things in life, which he stated was admirably precise, but rather the control of my emotions in certain situations. I was fourteen years old at the time and had been going through a teenage crisis. I was cynical and melancholy at the time, a major change of mind-set since my childhood years. Though I had changed the outer perception of myself for the better, my inner perception was awful. I had lost a close friend at the time, and also had failed at every attempt to address a secret love, who is probably better known as “Schoolgirl,” who had I also lost due to circumstances of my location. I felt friendless and doubtful of everyone and everything.
Another friend of mine, Leon, noticed my downcast attitude and inquired as to the reason of it. After explaining the situation to him, he touched on a more much specific and helpful matter, the real problem: perception of emotions and situations. He said the real problem with the situation was my personal pessimistic observation of it. “No matter how sad you think life is, or even if it really is sad, the only reason you feel that way about it is because you choose to. You could choose to see it as perfectly normal if you wanted to.” It was one of the wisest things I had ever heard. It was the also best view of perception anyone had explained to me. I only perceived my life to be sad. My perception of everything being sad was the problem, not the situation. I knew immediately I had to change it. He also said “no matter what anyone’s judgment of you, you are who you are. They can see you as the worst person in the world, but if you’re a good person, that is all matters. Only you have a perfect consciousness of yourself.”
Over the next few months, I worked out changing my perception of the world. I tried to slowly change every perspective from pessimistic to optimistically realistic. The final push over the edge was seeing my first love again one September morning after a long time. I saw her walking down an aisle, and she had to do was turn her face my way, and the world turned back around in the right direction. I was finally able to change my perception of my life at will. I was in love again, and I perceived it as a good thing. I felt like I was on top of the world. My outlook of my life and myself had never been better. I had not only become the person I wanted to become, but I had become the person I should have been all along.
In addition to my perception of things, my personality changed as well. My brothers and sister, my whole family really, said they saw almost immediate differences. My melancholic, sensitive side had changed into a more confident, happy-go-lucky and affectionate side. I never liked hugging people for some reason. It felt like I was leaving myself vulnerable to something. But after Leon told me about my perception of things, I hugged my Dad for the first time in years. He seemed surprised beyond words. From that point on, I was not afraid to display affection openly. If I didn’t hug someone from that point on, it was because of their possible perspective of a hug from me would mean to them, not because I was uncomfortable with it.
When I told Auron that I had gotten over “Schoolgirl” and all that, he didn’t believe me at first. When he saw me joking around like I was having the best time in the world, he started to believe it then. “You’ve really changed, man,” he told me. “You’ve become someone else entirely, a far more confident and comfortable person, so you’re fun to be around. I never would have imagined you could come this far so quickly. The girls are really going to love you now.” The change was fast. It was only a matter of weeks that I went from the saddest kid in the world to the happiest. I asked him “Do I really think I’m worth any of these girls’ time?” He gave me the biggest compliment he could. “I think the question is, can you find a girl that’s worth your time?” I felt a bit bigheaded then. I guess he had gotten to know my romantic side, and felt that I would become a true gentleman. He had real confidence in me. Auron had given me all the advice he could, and he said there was never another person that he had been a counselor to that turned out so well. It was a proud moment for both us. I couldn’t thank him enough for his compassion in my time of need, even if he had displayed it in a peculiar manner.
It was after that I started writing songs. Not love songs at first, but songs of self-perception and perception of the world. Over the years, I learned more articulate ways of expressing my songs with either metaphors or literal descriptions, and sometimes a combination of the two. Instead of writing chalky, bland lyrics from my mind, I studied Coldplay – and U2, when I discovered later them – to learn how to write poetically pleasurable and lucid lyrics. Chris Martin’s charisma had inspired me to write lyrics in the first place, and due to his example, I learned to write even my earliest lyrics fairly well. After listening to even more songs by other bands, I got a real grip on how to write interesting lyrics.
An excellent trick I used to writing my songs of a certain feeling was that they were written when I was feeling what the song should make you feel like when you read it. If it’s a love song, I should be in love when writing it. If the song is supposed to be sad, I should feel sad when I writing it. For some reason, it helps the lyrics feel sincere, and it also helps me to do my best when writing the lyrics.
With an adolescent perspective of love and a coming-of-age consciousness of the matters of life, I have tried my best to make the finest lyrics I could write. I have also written stories to that end for people to understand that life is a roll-coaster ride - just don't forget the many agonizing bumps between the fun parts.
Lose yourself in my works, if you have nothing better to do. Whatever you do, read or write, have a lot of fun!
