Salutations!
(Ending for Masked Man at the bottom of the page)
I'm the unofficial Cheshire Cat because I like to be optimistic and, though I sometimes mope around, always know that tomorrow I will get up on my paws again, but in real life I'm Carrie, it isn't the prettiest name in the world, but I guess it's fine. Writing kind of came to me naturally, when I was young I'd make up silly stories and follow my parents around for hours to explain to them everything, it wasn't until about the third grade when I finally figured out how to put my ideas on paper.
The words, with me, flow freely and my mind was quick witted. I could make up a short story and finish it in one night on a good day, and I had the determination to stay up at night and write a 12 page long story, in perfect cursive, in blue pen.
A lot of my classmates are surprised that I write like this, even the length of my stories, essays, and explanations made their jaws drop. At first I didn't understand, all writing required was, to me, imagination and time. This ability really didn't seem like a big deal, but then someone once said something like, "Writing is simple, all you need to do is stare at a piece of paper until blood drips from your forehead."
Even though it may seem like many people are here on SW and even more that don't know about it, plus the countless authors in the world, writing is a special gift and talent, and it should not be hidden. I'm happy to be on SW to give my thoughts that have not been made into a novel to the world. I plan to write a book someday, though it may never be famous, it may never be made into a movie with me as the main character and surrounded by sexy co-stars, it may never make my name history and mentioned my many, many English teachers, but I would know that I left something, a little piece of me and my talent, no matter how small, to the world. That is why I write.
Other than writing, I am involved in theatre, being The Queen, Lizzy, Pamela, and, everyone's favorite, the Caterpillar. I've found many friends in drama and it has helped me a lot in working with groups. I'm planning to keep this as a hobby for a while.
I have two cats named Allie and Charlie, to read my poem about them, go here http://storywrite.com/story/321774, to actually see them, go here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6-TLYGAUMo&feature=channel_page,there you can also hear me breath like a scuba-diver and see my mom. While you are there you can visit my youtube channel.
Charlie is the grey one, he tore most of the tendons in his leg, he had to have surgery for it and we got the best possible treatment, but he can't bend it the way he used to, the nurse said his football days are over. And Allie, the black one, was recently diagnosed with diabetes, she needs shots twice a day but gets spoiled with canned food and, other than dreading the rides to the cabin and trips to the vet for blood checks, she lives a pretty happy life.
And have you guessed? I LOVE Alice in Wonderland! I did it as a play and I can't stop! I fell in love with all the characters. I love the older movies, not the disney one, and I can't WAIT to see the Tim Burton one 2010! I love Johnny Depp, Tim Burton, Aussies, and Alice in Wonderland! What more could I want in a movie?!?!
Well, thanks for visiting my channel and please leave a comment on any one of my stories, I love me some comments!

ENDING FOR MASKED MAN! (If you haven't read it yet, don't read this! You gotta read the first part, don't give the ending way to yourself!)
His face was pale and his cheeks rosy, his scraggly, dirty blond hair gleamed in the sunlight. His light blue eyes smiled at me, even though his pink lips curled and showed his straight white teeth in his crooked smile.
Oh," I whispered, as if we were in a closet hoping no one would hear us, "Rori."
I ran into his arms, happy it was him. I always thought Rori was pretty cool, but didn't waste my time trying to converse. He lifted me up and spun me around. He played with the back of my shirt like he did that weekend in the closet. He pressed his forehead to mine and I smiled up at him. He whispered to me, "I am the Masked Man."
