If I lived in a fantasy dream world, I'd be a world famous author. There is no high greater than having people read your stories, think about your characters, and talk about them and discuss their actions and thoughts and feelings. The only thing that comes close is being drunk for the first time and discovering the feeling of suddenly being able to dance. *or thinking you can*
Alas, I don't. So far I have lacked the drive needed to finish a story from start to finish. I have had countless Novel ideas and I've even road mapped a few. Pity I started them when I was young, and stupid. I never seem to finish one before I grow as a writer and see that my previous writings were completely inferior.
But I read somewhere once some advice that gives me hope. "If you can't write a book, write a short story. If you can't write a short story, write a page. If you can't write a page, write a paragraph." -some fella I don't remember.
Someday I hope people read what I have written. I hope I can inspire people like writers have inspired me. I hope I can entertain people the same way. But, if I can't be a world renowned writer, I hope I can be a recognized name here on StoryWrite. If I can't do that, at least I can post stories on here that I could link my friends and family to, or at least put up something publish worthy.
