I'm ba-ack. *lol* I know it's been a while but I've been incredibly busy with work and vacations and blah, blah, blah. Nothing of which I think would be anywhere near as entertaining as seeing where The Makings is going. So, while I'm working on the rest of the story, I've decided to give you guys a short teaser of Chapter 3. I promise the rest of the chapter is coming soon and hopefully (with any luck), it will be well worth the wait.


Hi!

First off, thank you for viewing my page. My name is Ashley and my baby as far as my writing is concerned at the moment is The Makings. It's a lot darker than any story I've written before, or, it will be once I finish it! *lol* It's a teen vampire story with a twist that I haven't heard of before. Well, it probably has occurred somewhere, but, not to my knowledge. I'd love to let you in on what it is but then I'd have to send flying, spidermonkeys after you and no one wants that *lol* (that's one for the Twilighters out there)

I'd love to hear feedback from you guys. I welcome it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly, bitter truth (as long as it's constructive). I'm not the kind of person who would ever rip apart someone elses work for no other reason than I simply didn't like it. I'm the kind of person who will try to work with you if I can instead of work against you and try to break you down so I expect the same treatment in return if you ever find anything you feel is questionable (and I will be the first to say I'm not perfect, I don't have a publisher or editor, and I'm fully aware that I will make mistakes). But I have a passion for writing and I look forward to bringing you the best I can for your enjoyment and to reading your works as well.
