"Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid, than to open it and remove all doubt." -Mark Twain-
"The writer who breeds more words than he needs, is making a chore for the reader who reads. " -Dr. Seuss-

"Sinners make the best saints." -Johnny Cash-
"Some people are like slinkys: not really good for anything, but it's still fun to watch them tumble down the stairs." -A different friend-

"One time, when I was feeling absolutely horrible, completely depressed, I prayed to God, asking desperately for some kind of sign. What happened after that completely broke me down. I started flipping through my iPod playlist and randomly landed on three songs: "I'll Take You Back" by Jeremy Camp, "Someday" by the band Nickelback, and "All At Once" by the band The Fray. Putting them together results in a sentence that I'll never forget. "I'll take you back someday, all at once." I cried then."

"Oh, look, my tax dollars at work coming to arrest me." -National Treasure: Book of Secrets-

Sokka: 'No, I'm calling you an optimist. Same thing, basically.' -Avatar: The Last Airbender-

"Nosce Te Ipsum" ~ Latin for "Know Thy Self"
"Even in solitude, you can't be left alone."
"Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things that escape those who dream only at night." -Edgar Allan Poe-
"Poetry does not exist where words cannot express what one means to say by a story."
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a little better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch of a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is the meaning of success." -Ralph Waldo Emerson-

Christopher Paolini, as well as Edgar Allan Poe, inspired me to begin writing. After discovering how young Paolini was when he began writing his Inheritance Trilogy (now a series of four books--one last to be written), I decided to give writing a try myself. And thus, here I am... trying and trying.

You Are a Visionary Soul
You are a curious person, always in a state of awareness. Connected to all things spiritual, you are very connected to your soul. You are wise and bright: able to reason and be reasonable. Occasionally, you get quite depressed and have dark feelings. You have great vision and can be very insightful. In fact, you are often profound in a way that surprises yourself. Visionary souls like you can be the best type of friend. You are intuitive, understanding, sympathetic, and a good healer.
